10 عشرة is a contemporary-Hejazi architecture practice based in Jeddah. We design buildings as binary strings — solid mass alternating with carved void — at every scale from monogram to masterplan. We operate Hejazi tradition. Saudi architecture has been caught between two unsatisfying modes: imported Western minimalism that erases place, and pastiche-Hejazi revivalism that performs heritage as theatre. 10 refuses both.
The practice operates Hejazi tradition — carved porosity, plinth-and-parapet tripartition, salasil binary sequence, mistah climatic logic — without performing Hejazi iconography. No rawashen replicas, no decorative domes, no borrowed Mughal-Persian-Moroccan-Andalusian geometric ornament.
The 1/0 grammar is the formal expression of this refusal: a generative language that is operational, not iconographic; reproducible, not gestural; regionally-rooted, not regionally-costumed.

The kernel is empirically derived. It survived three independent tests: corpus extraction (20 images), Hejazi tradition mapping (DASC ADG_06 cross-reference), and recursive-scale stress test from logo to masterplan.
The kernel is non-negotiable. Every principle derives from it. The brand mark is not applied to architecture; it IS the architecture, abstracted to its primitives.
Default to solid orthogonal mass. Articulate it through subtractive carving and additive extrusion — never plain boxes. Every project deploys at least three articulation moves.
